A big brownie with a scoop of vanilla, followed by chocolate fudge and caramel sauces, followed by a big dollop of whipped cream. Top it off with chocolate-covered butter brickle pieces and there you have it. It's the most requested summertime dessert by my dining 'regulars'.

I'm a vanilla lover and I'm always looking for good non chocolate flavored deserts.

From years ago....

My favorite was Jam'rNutter....Peanut Butter and Jelly ice cream. Found it years ago at The Farm Shop and have never come across that flavor again......

maybe once a month in high spring and summer

Minute Tapioca, the alternate method, (egg whites seperated,
etc.) A little heavy on the vanilla; then add small scoops
of Haagen*Dazs Lana Turner (vanilla) ice cream and stir in
before eating. Oh yes, don't forget to use 1/2 whole milk and
1/2 Half&Half mixture for the pudding! (Don't check your cholestrol)

Sliced banana in the bottom the dish, covered by three to four scoops vanilla, then a nice layer of chocolate syrup on top.

Sorghum syrup is good too.

Robert - we must get some Cake Batter ice cream next week. That sounds divine!

My all-time favorite was Baskin-Robbins Chocolate Fudge. All the B-S stores closed here so I can't get it anymore.
