Dryer Lint Filters

My point was that its not a good idea to vent a gas dryer indoors. Folks are here are giving anecdotes which doesn't make it any safer in practice. Guess what, countless electricians will tell you of working live. I've even diagnosed then repaired a few major appliances live. Yes you'll usually live getting hit with 120 or 277, until the day you don't. Just because could, doesn't mean you should.

Dryer owners manuals .....

say to clean out the exhaust vent pipe all the way back to the outside once a year or more.

The gunk I have gotten out of these has been a eye opener. Could not imagine what it would be like .... and the fire hazard .... if there were no lint filter!

Boiling A Large Pot Of Water On A Gas Range

Actually will produce far more CM than burning 5 burners on high flame heating the kitchen because when the flame is touching the relatively cooler pot of water [ the pot will never go over about 212-225 degrees F ] so you end up with incomplete combustion and a lot of CM.
