There is a small local art project going on where each of the artists is given an old wooden chair and asked to 'do their thing with it' for submission to the project. Here is my chair:

That really captures it.

When I was a young teacher, the professors (I might equally have written 'fools') in our psychology department thought behavioral therapy would cure everything.

When I began my graduate studies, we were told by those who know that psychotropic medication would solve everything.

Until recently, the NLP idiots insisted that cognitive therapy would 'fix it'.

Today, we call it 'being a male student trapped in a system designed for female students'.
