Dual tub wringer for sale

for 35.00.....looks to be in nice shape......could be a Dexter, yes/no?......

has anyone used one of these?.....was it one side wash, and the other side rinse....or together with seperate rinse tubs, whites in one and darks in the other?....just curious

Looks to me like a Dexter, and in very good shape from the pictures.  Wash on one side, rinse on the other is the way I would use it.
