Hi Tom and welcome,

It's impossible to give anything specific without photos. You have a late model wringer with a pump and safety foot release for the wringer. The good news it that it's top of the line for a wringer, the bad news is they are very common.

The value will depend on condition, rust, damage to porcelain, type of agitator, color etc. Most of the prices you see on Craig's List and eBay are wishful thinking.

Again, depending on condition, I have never paid more than $150 for a wringer, and that was my first machine. (by total fluke, it was the rare NX model, so I think I did pretty good). It's not unusual to pick them up on the last day of an estate sale for $25 because they just don't sell.. it's a specialists hobby.

Scoots is right!

No need to overpay for one of these. They show up all the time on CL or EBay in ALL conditions and price ranges. There's one on Ebay now, says new, never been used, and it's probably true. But is it worth the $1,099 they're asking? It won't work any better than my 1964 used E2LP. Also, did you ever notice that on Ebay almost everyone lists their Maytag wringer as being from the 40's or 50's? Even when they have the newer Maytag emblem and the turquoise trim that weren't made until 1966 or 1967? They just don't know these machines or their true worth. But that being said, I do have a lot of fun using mine most weeks!

Larry
