Easy Brownies Two Ways

We were asked to bring something sweet (besides ourselves) to a big party and I had a couple of boxes of brownie mix in the pantry. While brownies are always good, I like to doll them up in different ways, so I made a batch of coconut brownies and another of peanut butter brownies. They got gobbled up at the party!

I buy the small envelopes of Betty Crocker brownie mix and always add coconut. For smaller portions for just me, it works fine. But a spray of canned whipped cream on the top, even better.
