Easy spindrier small part needed-Please help if you can

HI guys, I need a really small part for the spinner part of my machine, it is the lock washer or whatever you want to call it that fits under the screw and grips the plate of the base of the spinner. I am enclosing a picture of that part. If you look at the bottom of the plate of the spindrier, the part that I need is the square looking washer that grips to the bottom of the plate of the spinner. I have 3 of them but the 4th one is missing. I have put a lock washer there but it doesn't do the trick. I tighten it and is works loose and the entire spinner vibrates even with a balanced load.
Thanks for your help; if any of you have one of these lock, grip washers, I will pay for it. If you have any more questions as to what is needed, please ask. Thanks, Gary
