Is that a semi-automatic? The basket agitates and spins?

Yes, its a matter of lifting or lowering the inside basket and locking in and it does both. I'd say it was a pretty close to a Semi.

I restored my Easy Whirldry a few years back. Let me know if you need any help finding a belt for it. I have a solution that works.
