Short answer: No with a maybe,
Long answer: Yes with a but.
It depends on the dryer. You would remove the electric heating elements and replace them with the appropriate gas burner. You would have to change the cord and plug from the 220 volt style to the 110 volt style. You would have to ensure the gas is ignited. You may even have to change a panel on the cabinet so you could get the gas access door.
