Not really
Could be any number of reasons for an advert being taken down, then returning...
Common is when a deal is reached, so seller does the proper thing and removes advert. Then "buyer" has cold feet, cannot arrange collection, etc.. so seller puts advert back up.
Personally like when sellers do take something down, even if it comes back later. This as opposed to those that leave adverts up for weeks long after item is gone until it finally expires.
Keep in mind many sellers these days are listing things on multiple platforms. FleaPay, CL, FB, Letgo, Offerup......
FleaPay has been doing no fee listing offers for ages now so there is little skin off a seller's back to list. But they still will use other platforms which accounts for the annoying and increasing tendency for things to vanish from eBay due to "seller removed listing because item is no longer available"... This or "item removed due to incorrect listing, damage, etc..."
