ElnaPress Anyone?

Need to clear out some of my stash of ironing appliances.

Have an ElnaPress "Pinkstar" on offer. This beauty beats the Singer steam press version by miles. Quality Swiss build and construction means this baby will go on ironing like ten irons for years to come. Great for shirts, trousers, linens, sewing and even transfers.

Launderess, Was your press manufactured when Elna was still a Swiss sewing machine company? If so, I would be interested. I've coveted Elna and Pfaff presses for years. Todd

Unit is an model that had limited distribution in the United States, and was one of the early Elna presses. Already have an ElnaPress 2000 (later model with pretty much the same features, but also has a sleeve board), and a vintage Hurley press, so something has to go.

Oh yes, the original shipping box comes with the thing as well. Sorry no manual came with the unit, but they can be ordered from any Elna dealer.

Remove "No-Spam"

Had to add the spam blocker as my inbox was jammed with spam and other sorts of unwanted emails. Apparently bots or persons have found out they can obtain email addresses for group member's profiles.

Am asking best offer over $60. Not looking to make a fortune, but would like not to loose what one gave for the unit.

Since one still has the original box, with shipping styrafoam packing, the thing can be easily taped up and shipped via UPS. Charges would depend upon where the unit is going, but can be quickly caculated.
