Do you know just how lucky you are, I have never even seen a complete Apex Dyno,Ive seen pieces of one, but never the whole machine, that was there bottom of the line model, the swivel top Aero Cleaner being next then the Strato Cleaner,I have 2 versions of a Aero and 2 Stratos...One is toast, somewhere I have the consumer reports article discussing them,if I can find it I will send it to you. Hans

Wow Fred - you really know how to do the estate sales properly!
Remember the cool green Kenmore you got about two months ago? Well it arrived in Charlotte in mid-December in one piece and looking great. THANK YOU Fred and Robert!!!!! I will make a post about it when it warms up enough to not turn blue while I work in my garage. The machine already has taken ownership of a 'new' gold Roto-Swirl and a replacement timer.
I wish you continued good fortunes in your estate sales!

I've been following all the posts of the great finds you guys come across, LOTS of stuff going in, how much if any goes out? I imagine all of it is fun to play with but after a while it has to move to make room for more finds. What do you do with the overflow? Hold your own garage sale?

Lane giveaways
I was so bitter and jealous of my girl-friends that got certificates in the mail for their Lane chests, I tried and tried to talk one out of it but to no avail. Now I fear that 1-800-GOT-JUNK will show up at the door with grain shovels if I bring home any more stuff! No estate sales here this week but they should be back up and going again soon. My (pointless?) resolution this year is to be MUCH more discerning at the sales and bring only things home that I really need. We'll see how long that lasts.

Yeah, I was the same way. Of course, knowing what I do now, I should have offered to trade a Punt Pass and Kick * ring for one - I'm sure some of the more, er, tomboyish girls would have been very happy to do that.
* An old Ford Motor Company contest where they gave away trips to NFL games and stuff like that to boys who excelled at football skills. Anyone who signed up got a PPK ring, whether they did anything in the contest or not. And believe me, I didn't.
