Mighty notoriously expensive, one brand going for nearly $15, as a hi-priced Hershey…

Well I managed to get these three AUTHENTIC bars for just $6.59 each, though the place to get what were the LAST three was pretty far:

Wonder who will eat the other two, or should I?

Yes if you like pistachio butter and chocolate with a phylo type of shredded pastry. It's not difficult to make. The dough is called knaffa. It's cut stringy and toasted lightly with butter. Clarified ghee butter is what authentic ethnic style uses. That is easy too. I've even seen very thin vermicelli pasta toasted with the butter instead. That is mixed with the pistachio butter before cooling and dipping in or molding the chocolate over it. Very rich in fat and calories.
