Here is a copy of the original ad, less the photos of the stove and dishwasher.  Looks like the phone number is the same.

Reversible lid:

I am not sure when they stopped being offered, but they were present on the LK models until the early 70s at least. If you look closely at LKs like this one, as well as some 900 models you will see one of the plugged hinge ports on the right side of the lid well.

Thank you Doug for pointing that out.  That is really cool that you remembered all that.  I would tread lightly on this one you guys, something isn't right.
