Has anyone noticed its hard to find "Final Touch" fabric softener? Are they still making it? It was my favorite and I can't find it anywhere in my area anymore.

Yes, I have noticed that it is increasingly hard to find. I sometimes find it in Wal-Mart, but it's never with the other fabric softners. When they have it, it's always in the cleaning supplies area. I don't know why this is. I actually just used the last of the last bottle I had. Time to go back to Wal-Mart and see if I can scope me out a bottle

Unilever sold off Final Touch and Sunlight brands to Phoenix Brands LLC last year. Ever since, it has become increasingly hard to find. It is mostly available in Wal-Marts. Also for the members who prefer Colgate branded detergents (Fab, Dynamo, and Ajax), you can expect the same thing to happen in the future. Phoenix brands also purchased those brands from Colgate. These brands were becoming less popular and Unilever and Colgate wanted to focus on their strong brands, therefore they sold them to Phoenix Brands.

My regular grocery store has big (2 qts)light blue bottles labeled Final Touch, but the contents don't smell like old, concentrated Final Touch. If I were to go to a walmart outside of the South, do you think I would have a chance of finding it? Is it the same formula? Is it still made in the United States of America and not in China (or worse)? Thanks.

I was living in South FL, You can find Final Touch softer at Publix (supermarket). They still make the softner.. Since Hurricane Wilma destory the place where I was living in, I had to move to NC..

Oh Fab, I'm sad, they'll stop selling you. The old FAB rawked. I'm jonesing for some Fresh Start myself. Know where I can get some?

I can also purchase both Fresh Start and Final Touch here in Michigan. It's at a local chain called Hiller's.

I saw fresh start at Winco foods

I see it all over the place here. I have seen it at Winco foods on Portland, as well as Zupans, Fred Meyer, Safeway, and Grocery Outlet.I have also seen Final tough at big lots, although it is not quite the same thing as it was when I was a kid.
