Famous faces, obscure names

Here I've posted the pic of probably one of the most recognizable faces in tv'dom yet does anyone know his name. He's appeared on probably every tv sitcom since the beginning of time and scores of movies?
Hints; Beverly Hillbillies, Petticoat Jct. Lucy, Bewitched

I know who it is but have to disqualify myself if the person is who I think it is

One character name was Sam Drucker. Was his real name Frank Cady?

Nope not Sam Drucker. This guy wasn't a regular just a character actor.

Thats Charles Lane. He played Lucy & Ricky Ricardo's business manager Mr. Hickcox, and later was Mr Barnsdahl on "The Lucy Show" in the 60's

Didn't he always play grumpy, miserly kind of characters. Like in Bewitched I think he made several appearances as Darrin's advertising client.

I believe that was Elvia Allman, who played Selma Plout on Petticpat Junction. She also played the forelady in the candy factory in the famous I Love Lucy "Job Switching" episode

His character on Petticoat Junction was Homer Bedlow who was always trying to shut down the Cannon ball and the Shady Rest hotel. But don't know his real name right off hand.
