Hi all, I'm looking for a transmission for my GE filter-flo, it is an extra large capacity type with activator agitator, who can link me some replacing parts stores that sell and could ship one to me in Italy?
Or, is there someone who have one and could sell and ship one over here to me in Italy?
Please let me know if someone can help me.
Thanks in advance to everyone!

That Is One Large Object To Ship Overseas

Besure whom ever you deal with understands proper packing/crating and so forth for international shipping. This includes insurance against loss, damage and or theft.
Oh and then there will be the customs forms and duties as well.

@launderess
Don't worry I'm used to get stuff from US,always did, I know how it works.
I usually get every kind of stuff, and I'm just getting right now a package containing 18kg of laundry detergent from an Italian-american exchange I did with a member.........

@mrb627
Yes is that one, mine is a metal one though but I know they fit as well , it is very cheap!!!!!

make SURE it is the correct size agitator shaft.......during the last run of FilterFlos, GE used the small capacity trannies in the larger capacity tubs, and just added an extension to the top of the agitator.....

hate to see you spend money on shipping to find out its the wrong size...better safe than sorry

LOL

I was gonna say to measure your shaft length and compare, but better lookup the model number and verify that it is a valid replacement...

Malcolms got jokes!!!......that is funny.....I was thinking it as I wrote it, but tryin to keep it clean.....

but if you ned help measuring your shaft, let us know if we can be of any assistance.......someone as to hold one end of the tape measure....lol

the base is standard size for both......just the height of the shaft is what were concerned with

do you have a pic of your agitator as it was installed in your machine?.....that would tell us alot....also measuring it top to bottom as well

I need to take a photo as I deleted the ones I had here and need to get batteries charged for my camera.....
Anyway I think I understand the agitator differences that you means, the prong.....
I looked a thread about a washer that is similar to mine, it's just a more TOL model with few extra knobs features, it was an etra large capacity too but it's agitator looked different than mine as it was with a strange "prolonged" cap...I will post some exaples:
The thread I'm linking show the washer with the "pronged agitator".

well, as long as your informed, and you know which one to get, you should be fine.....I have seen a few make the mistake, just forwarning you.....

as long as your replacing the tranny....you should also check your belt, and the boot/clamps...for any excessive wear, and replace accordingly.....

good luck...and let us know how you make out, or if you have any problems or issues...
