I was doing some manteinance to the FF tonight, you know.....cleaning inside from the gunk and limescale...
And by sponging the seal it detached in a few points, so decided to take it off and soak it in the bathtub....
Now it's time to put it back, but it won't fit well like before....looks like it loose and not tighten, it detached so easily I thought it was just framed in....but since it now won't fit well..I wonder if it should be glued actually? I spot some red on the lip inside...so I guess they should have a sort of adhesive of some kind actually....
If so
Will some siliconic glue work well?
Or maybe it simply got old and I need a new more elastic one?
