Model WWA8355VCL, Ser #SD1 07538G, 1978 model. It came with the mini-basket and filter pan, I had a spare softener dispenser from another model. Some lower rust on the side that sat near the basement sink for 34 years, other than that pretty darn good shape. So far only high speed, but I can hear the clutch solenoid working, and I saw the armature bent crazy, I'll save re-bending or replacing that for a week or two, when I dig into the entire machine for a tune-up. But 4 loads so far, not a leak anywhere, it kicks into top speed very quickly, smooth spins, etc, I love Filter-Flo's. And I flipped up the fill spout for great rinses.
2 problems so far-----SUDS empties wonderfully thru one hose, then you hear the solenoid snap exactly when the spray rinse comes on, but still 1/3 of the water comes out the suds hose, 2/3 out the main drain line. Same during rinse drain, no solenoid snapping of course but 1/3 water from the suds hose, 2/3 from the drain line. The attached poor diagram has me thinking it's 2 pinch valves #926 and 927, but I'll listen to anyone's advice before getting into the suds valve. Since there's no leaking anywhere on this machine, I'm hoping it's some metal rod or bar that needs tightening/bending/aligning to fully close a pinch valve.
