The GE with the "Wood Panel"....

is actually a GE with a black panel that has red cellophane like plastic over the parts of the control panel that look wooden.....my guess is that this the protective film that was put on the panel for shipping and whoever bought the washer left it on there.....PAT COFFEY

The GE with slanted console is from the early 90's.
