The weather has been cooling here. I am not currently running the air conditioning and the next few days will be cool and rainy so last night I plugged-in the 1958 Filtrator and dried a few loads. I was upstairs in the kitchen when I detected the first whiffs of Filtrator Fragrance. I'm sure there will be a few more warm days when I might be using the gas dryers outside, but the inside drying season at my house officially began last night. I emptied the water tray on one of the indoor plants that was looking thirsty. Drying with my electric dryers in the basement is certainly one of the best things about the cold weather season.

absolutely

I still have a filtrator dryer in storage and am looking forward to hooking it up this winter and using it to help warm the basement ........... right now on my '54 Norge, you can open the bottom panel and have the heat blow into the room instead of outside, that is nice too ............

Greg, I vent a couple of other dryers into the basement also and the heat is nice. Be sure to put a rug or some other type of insulating material on the floor in front of the Filtrator's air stream so that you don't lose the heat to the cold concrete floor.
