Powder v Tablets

I have just gone back to using powder, I forgot how much better the wash is My local shop had run out of tablets and I did not have time to go to Cosco I was shocked at how good the wash was so I now buy super marked own brand. A Miele tec guy told me a long time ago not to use tablets as they are not good for the seal .
