Wow!  That was fast!  Looks great!

My dad used to say that our '51 Capehart wasn't exactly black & white, but more black & blue-ish white.  I can sort of see that effect in the picture above.

WOW!

Boy, does that bring back some memories - particularly the rabbit ears atop the set!

The bluish cast of Capeharts was due to the Polaroid picture tube or glass. Capehart used Polaroid's glare-reducing technology as a means of getting a better picture.

I cannot believe how fast you accomplish major goals, Joe! The KD-10 was good as new in two shakes, and now this Capehart is finished in record time as well.

Congratulations! P.S.: What are you doing for signal?

DVD

Just DVD right now. Going to get a good Digital to Analog Converter Box for use with older TV sets to see if I can get Direct TV going.

Joe

If you use a DirecTV cable box you won't need the converter as the box converts the signal for you to ATSC. When we had DirecTV we never needed a converter for our Sony WEGA set.

BTW, the room that television set is in reminds me of a English flat somewhere. Very English looking.

Just Wonderful!!!!!!!!!!!!
