That's the budget Flair with the burner controls on the sides of the cooktop. Only one 8" burner, too. I'm betting 1966-67. They weren't that much cheaper than the Custom Imperials with all the features.

Do you have documentation on these basic Deluxe Flair ranges?
On this older Flair, the panel above the burners didn't seem to cover them as it does on Custom Deluxe and Custom Imperial models. I thought it was not moving on this range because it would hit the burner switches. (or was the cover mechanism broken?).
The newer one on the Craigslist ad is shown with the burners covered, so I guess they went to a flatter type of knobs probably like those used on your Compact 30?
