It's a 1965 Custom Deluxe RCD-630J
These "economy" Flairs were made in Deluxe, Custom Deluxe and Imperial versions.
The DeLuxe and Imperial models (I think the Imperial was a Canada-only model) were introduced around 1962-63 as "F" models, they both lacked the sliding cover for the burners. They all had three 6" burners and one 8" (probably because the controls were taking some space on the cooking top).
The Deluxe models also lacked a fluorescent lamp and the Imperial models had the chrome oven liner like most Custom Imperials (the latest Custom Imperial models had removable panels instead of chrome oven liners).
The regular line of 30" and 40" Flairs with a full glass control panel weren't available as DeLuxe or Imperial models but they were available as Custom Imperial and Custom Deluxe from 1960-64.
In 1965, the Custom Deluxe model lost the full glass control panel and the second 8" burner and it was available as a 30" model only that looked like the previous economy models. Unlike the preceding economy models, the 1965 Custom Deluxe had the sliding cover for the burners and it also had the fluorescent light.
The 1966-67 model was almost unchanged but the background of the clock was now darker and the filigree in the door had a vertical pattern instead of the 1965 horizontal pattern.
The last "Custom Deluxe" models from 1968-70 had their burners controls moved above the oven but kept the single 8" burner and three 6". It was now available with and without an integrated vent hood that was hidden behind the control panel, just like the 1968-70 Custom Imperial models.
-The first picture shows a 1963 RDF-630C (Canadian model, similar US model available)
-The second picture shows a 1963 RIF-635C (Canadian model)
-The pictures #3 and #4 show the instruction manual for both models.
-The picture #5 shows a 1964 RDH-630C (Canadian model, similar US model available)
-The picture #6 shows a 1965 RCD-630J (US model just like the one in the ad above)
-The 1966-67 RCD-630K isn't pictured but it's shown on this document available in the ephemera:

-The picture #7 shows a 1968 RCD-630VN (US model with the integrated vent hood)
I hope this will help to identify the different economy models that were available!
