Was browsing craigslist and came across this Flair wall oven, it said make offer, and isn't working. Maybe someone here would be interested in it and can repair it

Wonder if there was a fire inside the oven. I have never ever seen a panel display wish any type of smoke stains such as this. Someone a horrible cook? Burn everything?
