I thought I would start a thread, now that we are into football season and the weather is getting cooler share your football recipe's and soups and stews for the fall. Making a bean soup today with ham, onions, and green peppers in the pressure cooker.

Mike, please post that bean soup recipe.  I'm really enjoying having a pressure cooker.

Bean Soup

1 pound navy beans soaked over night
1 onion diced
1 green pepper diced
1 pound cooked ham diced
6 cups water
salt and pepper to taste

Saute onions and green peppers in one teaspoon oil, add rest of ingredients cook at high pressure for 30 minutes and let pressure drop on it's own.
