Corn Pudding

CORN PUDDING

1 can (15 or 16ox. Cream style corn (white or yellow)
1 lg can Pet (evaporated milk)
1 cup sugar
3TBLSP corn starch
2 eggs

Mix together sugar and corn starch. Whisk in the 2 eggs, then add creamed corn and Pet milk. Mix thoroughly. Butter a 1 ½ qt casserole. Pour mixture in, dot with butter. Bake 350 for 1 hr.

Recipe and be doubled or tripled. You will have to adjust baking time

This recipe is from a restaurant on Tangier Island, VA

Wonderfully delicious and decadent!!

Always a hit at a barbecue

Another Easy recipe:

Corn Pudding

1 stick butter, melted
1 can Corn(drained)
I can Cream Corn
8 oz. Sour Cream
1 pkg. Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix

Combine above ingredients.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

I inherited a Farberware Oven from some friends who used it in their business. It's in pieces and in what I would call bad condition, but before I throw it away, are you maybe interested in it for parts? I don't want anything for it, I'd rather give it away than throw it away. Let me know.

You know the story....you get your meat all ready, turn the gas on to ignite the grill and POOF!.......No f***ing gas....
So you take out one of your trusty 'gadgets' and proceed as planned......
