Hi. guys. New to this incredibly knowledgeable site.

I have a Kitchen Aid KDS-56 and it works like a charm. Unfortunately, one of the plastic rollers that supports the metal slides that support the upper basket (don't know all the correct part names) has broken. It is one of the four that are attached to the inside wall of the unit at the top. (Forgot to take a picture of it!)

Does anyone know where I might be able to get a replacement? I have searched the web and gone to a parts site, but that site didn't have any parts for a KDS-56.

Many thanks for any help you can provide.

Tim

You might have better luck searching for parts for a KDS-16, which is the built-in version of the portable KDS-56.

You can even hava a look at the KDS-15, KDS-35, or KDS-55.

Or even the KDS-17C,KDS-17AC KDS 37C or AC or KDS 57C or AC)

You can get a replacement rack that might be cheaper. Check out Ebay
