found western holly and westinghouse continental in uk

Good evening all.

We have been making a vintage kitchen attatched to the tearoom,so the search began for some nice stoves that would not only look good but be functional.
First score was a general electric terrace top.No idea how this got over here at all
seller said it was a 1969 fully functioning,
downside is there is no temp probe or rotisserie parts except the main rod but I figured I was so lucky to get it.
Score number 2 a beautiful yellow western holly at a local auction here in wales.
bought the beast online without going to look,,,bugger..back right burner missing,
The stove doesnt seen to have been used at all.a few chips on the paint but squeeky clean.
What are the chances of being able to locate the missing burner arm?
wiring for clocks etc have been cut from the back so could do with a wiring diagram
Lastly I need this to work on propane,The feed tube seems small.Doesnt appear to be a govnor.
Any help greatfully accepted.we have created this kitchen to get local interest and give proper old school cookery lessons.
It has been a bit of a slow process as I had a stroke.ok now but speech terrible aand short term memoery shot.I burn a lot of stuff in the cafe lol

Yellow Western Holly gas range

Hi Peter, that Western Holly is a beautiful range. If you post a picture of the other rear burner assembly I can look out for one. I do see western Hollys occasionally might find one at some point for you.

That’s a beautiful Westinghouse terrace top range as well.

You’ve assembled quite a nice collection of cooking appliances. Are you hooking them all up for use and demonstration?

Your Western Holly dates back to at least 1954.  The kitchen in the 1954 home Dave and I first lived in together was originally outfitted with a Western Holly wall oven and cooktop.   Only the cooktop remained by the time we moved into the house in 1986.   All homes in the development had all-gas kitchens.  In addition to the Western Holly ovens and cooktops were Servel gas refrigerators.   I've never seen a Western Holly in that beautiful shade of yellow!

 

I think Wedgewood owned Western Holly.  Some parts may be interchangeable.  The cooktops would occasionally be seen on the curbs when we were living in that neighborhood.  They probably used the same burner arms as on a free-standing stove.  I'm sure there are stove fans in the U.S. who would have what you need if John doesn't.
