Hi all,

We bought an old fountain base yesterday when picking up the rest of our pagoda roof tiles in ME (don't ask! LOL!). Oddly enough, or not, for those of you who know us, we had a fountain tucked into a dark corner of the driveway for maybe 10 years after rescuing it from the transfer station (dump). We're marrying the two so we can have yet another fountain in the yard.

We have pumps, but the one that was originally in this fountain had 3 tube or "finger" lights that came off of the pump- no separate electrical supply. Unfortunately one of the glass tubes is broken and I don't know if the ones sold now will fit. I've looked online and I can find pumps with an LED light disk attached, and pumps with 1-2 tube lights, but not 3. 3 is the magic number because there are 3 openings around the base where the water flows back into the pump, and it would look best with 3. We could make 2 work and position it so one of the openings is in the very back, but....

Has anyone seen a pump like this?

On ours, if we replace the pump, the lights go as the old lights are hard-wired to the old pump. On newer pumps, the lights are hooked into the pump for power, but that outlet on the pump can be capped if not using lights.

I did find replacement glass covers for tube/finger lights at the link below, but I'm not sure if they'll fit. I can't imagine there's more than 1 size for these, but....

I also found the pump below that has a light "manifold" for up to 5 lights, but only 2 tube lights can be used (5 LED lights can be hooked up).

There's also this pump with 2 tube lights:

And here's a pic of the fountain... just a dry fit, and the upright for the top section is actually upside-down in this pic. We took the bowl assembly off of the old stand (the stand was cracked and broken) and are now cleaning all the paint off of the fountain- we'll leave it bare metal so it resembles an old lead fountain; we can always paint it later if we decide. The base is the one we bought Saturday- heavy cement fish-themed. You can see the little hole in the front of the support sitting in the lower bowl. There are 3 of these for water to flow back into the pump inside the upright, and the lights came out of these and sat in the bottom of the bowl as well.
