That's a nice fridge if it's all there inside. It's probably quite efficient with energy consumption. I don't think it needs refinishing as much as it does a good scrubbing followed up with some polish.
Although it's "Dual Temp," which would suggest a true zero degree freezer section, it doesn't appear to be frost free.
You can't beat the price. I hope a scrapper hasn't already sealed its fate.
