I love this color; neat how the control panel is installed a wall control; Frigidaire did something similar as well. I kind of like the concept; one never gets steam burns trying to reach the controls.
Usually the oven temp knob has an adjustment available on the back of the knob - you loosen a screw and move the shaft a bit, then re-tighten the screw. Some knobs are even marked with a scale and info on how much adjustment you get with each scale marking.
All it is, is moving the skirt of the knob in relation to the shaft, so that the temp markings on the skirt match up to the actual temp of the oven. Here's a pic; while the back of a given oven temp knob may not look exactly like this, there will usually be something similar.
