wow, imagine that. At one point those were considered TOL and highly sought.

Now, they just want them gone.

They don't even look bad.

I'm not a Maytag expert but it looks like a somewhat basic washer.  Appears to be single-speed, no speed selection.  Regular Fabrics and Permanent Press cycles so also not a Fabric-Matic?

Probably Fabric-Matic.  The BOL would have 3 push button switches for water level, the Fabric-Matic version featured the sliding infinite-level switch.  Same thing for the large capacity version; basic would have 4 push button switches, FM would have infinite-level slider.

Doesn't Fabric-Matic normally have a separate timer cycle for Delicate to provide the alternate agitation and soaking?  The buttons on this machine are four water levels and three temp combos, yes?

You're correct - this one has 4 buttons, which means it's a single-speed large capacity model.  Once again, I was wrong!
