Free to good home 50s prestcold Fridge

Hi I will have to part with a lovely big 50's fridge that cost me more money than i care to admit to, it is 6ft tall and would be great if restored but it needs a new motor and some cosmetic work , i could not find anyone in the north east of England to do it so it has sat in an outhouse at my Mams, its time to be ruthless and let it go it will be going on ebay for 1 penny or if anyone wants it here its yours to collect for free. I will make you coffee tea and what ever if you come to collect it! if not it will go to appliance heaven! Richard

Who was the manufacturer?, it looks like an vintage Philco Ford fridge.

Hi Petek it is made by Prestcold or the pressed cold steel company as it was known , it was a very popular manufacturer of fridges and cooling rooms in the 50's and 60's. Its yours if you fancy a trip over the pond!!
