Something is not right here. No one would give those machines away, and if they did, they'd make them available to those who could come and pick them up.
This is some sort of scam, betcha. Hopefully, it's a relatively harmless scam to get people to sign up for an auction site, and not something that will end up involving the BAU.

The only thing missing from that ad are the words "and come by yourself". This also could be a crime set up.
