That’s a Whirlpool belt drive. Looks to be from the late 70’s, or early 80’s.

Appears to be an LFA5800 (1978-79).  The filter is a manual-clean cartridge.  Should be a Double-Duty Super Surgilator agitator (wings on the skirt).
