Odd spot for a dishwasher...

 

<span style="font-family: helvetica;">....but I suppose you work with what ya got!!  The dishwasher is a lower end machine, but it would be worth it to get that dishwasher just to get the stainless panels.  You don't see those as often anymore.</span>

Our KDI-17a was installed under the wall oven, next to the cooktop, at one end of a U-shaped kitchen ... although the left side wasn't a wall.

Ralph, remember one of the GE Wonder Kitchen arragements in a POD had a wall oven above a combo washer/dryer. It was the scenario with the pink appliances.

<span style="font-family: helvetica;">I don't remember that but I guess it makes sense because that is a good height for a wall oven.  For me, it has always seemed awkward when the dishwasher isn't fairly close to the sink.  I suppose you find them away from the sink where a dishwasher was added afterwards and there isn't a 24 inch cabinet close to the sink and you don't want to make major changes to accommodate it.</span>
