Fridgidaire Flair(?) on Pittsburgh Craigslist

Automatic Washer - The world's coolest Washing Machines, Dryers and Dishwashers

Yes it is!

That is indeed a Frigidaire Flair range with the pull out electric cooktop that hides under a cover when pushed back. The gas model had a burner drawer just like the electric. That is the neat thing about this model of range. When kept clean, it just says 'WOW' with all the shine in the ovens and glass doors. Only thing they had issues with was clocks (which some companies can still rebuild) and wires breaking where they bend as the drawer moves...

What Always Amazed Me About Mrs. Stephens

Was her insistance on doing housework, cooking and the rest of the horrible lot the hard way. What any number of women (lacking the resources for cleaners and cooks), would give to wave their hands and have the things done! *LOL*

Ok, will be fair, if one likes cooking and baking that is fine, but laundry, dusting, vacumming, doing the beds.....

Roper Gas 'Flair"

A house I grew up in had a Roper 'Flair' in gas..the cooktop pulled out, and the oven doors opened in the center...the kitchen had a 1961-ish KA DW, and in the basement, was the original kitchen(1940's) with a very early KA DW...wish I had pics of that now!!

HEY!! Wait a Minute...

What any number of women (lacking the resources for cleaners and cooks), would give to wave their hands and have the things done! *LOL*

How about a GUY...and a GAY GUY, for that matter. I'd do anything to be able to wave my hands, twitch my nose or whatever gesture needs to be done to have a clean, sparkling apartment with the dishes done, the bed made, the bathtub cleaned out, etc.

Putting it mildly, I'm the epitome of gay men...for I am a SLOB! :)

Putting it mildly, I'm the epitome of gay men...for I am

Um, I always thought that the 'epitome of gay men,' at least as far as the stereotypes went, was a neatnik, fuss-budget, with everything just so. Wasn't the stereotypical 'straight' man the slob?
