Frigidaire Affinity washers: ATF6000=LTF6000?

Automatic Washer - The world's coolest Washing Machines, Dryers and Dishwashers

I believe that is the model without an internal water heater.

The Affinity with a water heater costs a bit more (but not as much as the Whirlpool Duet!)

Most likely, no. Lowes has a similar arrangement with the 2940. There is a special Lowes version with different letters in front of the model number. The ONLY difference is that the band around the door/window is blue instead of silver.

Lowes also carries a new "Elements" line of Frigidaire appliances that are a Lowes exclusive. The model numbers appear to be entirely different from their normal appliance line.

I was in my local Lowes last week and looked around in appliances. The Elements line does not include laundry machines, but does include ranges, fridges, and dishwashers. With respect to fridges and dishwashers, the only difference is a new nickel metallic finish that is less shiny than stainless steel and which resists fingerprints and marks, for generally less money than normal stainless steel. The range I saw did offer a few features that they don't offer on their non-Elements ranges (example, a second auxiliary oven in a freestanding range).

The Elements refrigerator was EXACTLY like my white Frigidaire counter depth side by side on the inside, but they've redone the model numbers in the two years since I bought mine. The Elements fridge and their current similarly styled standard counter depth fridge appear to have model numbers with different letters:

standard: FSC23F7D
Elements: LECR23EFE though "23" may simply refer to capacity, about 22.6 cu ft.

The two dishwasher model numbers do not appear to match any model numbers in the standard Frigidaire line.

While there, I looked at the 6000 washer on display. Looked the same to me as 6000s I've seen elsewhere. I didn't note any difference in features, unless something was not marked or not apparent upon visual inspection. (like if they had an onboard heater and didn't advertise it, etc.). Best way to know is to make a list of all of the normal 6000 features and check the Lowes website to be sure, or better yet go down the list with a Lowes salesman to be sure the features are an exact match.
