Frigidaire calls it Quick Preheat. I call it The Invisible Pizza Stone.

Looks good! Are you putting pizza in before or after selecting Preheat?

After the Quick Preheat beep.  The rack is in the middle position and the convection fan runs nonstop through the whole process instead of cycling on and off like the Convection Bake and Bake settings.
