That dry is about the only good thing about htis dishwasher.

My new condo kitchen is equipped with a very similar Frigidaire machine. It works exactly as described.
But how well?

So the question is......Does it dry well?
Of course, I am used to KitchenAid drying. Just wondered if the 'fan' assist dry in the Frigidaire worked similarly.

i bought a frigidaire dishwasher for my new (1940 built house) three years ago. i have been extremley pleased with it. i always had maytags, which always cleaned everything but took 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours to do so. this frigidaire does th job in less than 1 hour and i have very few reruns, it uses less water than my maytags did also, and mine is only a mol.

Just loaded the dinner dishes and turned it on. It works very quietly, cleans and dries very thoroughly. The dishes, tub and door are bone dry. I'm using rinse aid too. Some deeply grooved plastic items retain drops of water, but this will dry overnight. The sensor does shorten the cycle by up to 20 minutes when the dishes are not too soiled. Usually with unrinsed loads it runs the default 95 minute Normal cycle. No complaints.

That DW looks pretty funky I thought and correct me if I'm wrong but it seems high end of the market? Unusual now to see the exposed element but I guess that is due to the plastic interior?
I had a TOL Frigidaire DW very similar to the one in video until one year ago, when I purchased a TOL Maytag. It did an excellent job on dishes/glasses/cutlery. It wasn't as effective on pots/pans/casseroles. The Maytag does a fantastic job on cookware. It does use more water and electricity, though. The Maytag also allows for more loading flexibility and will accept larger, odd-shaped items. The tub is a little deeper than the Frigidaire's.
The video didn't mention my favorite feature of the TOL Frigidiares, which is the 1/2-load option. Mine would wash either the upper or lower rack in 20 minutes using about 3 gallons of water. I loved that feature. Maybe they've discontinued it.
Except for having the control panel replaced twice under warranty (no cost to me) due to a dead 'start' button, it required no service in two years of very hard use. Before that, I had another TOL Frigidaire (no AquaSurge feature) and it required no service with 4 years of very hard use.
But I'll keep my Maytag, thanks. It rocks.

Forgot to mention the 'on-topic' item: The Frigidaire dried better than the Maytag does. Not a deal-breaker for me, though. I still prefer the Maytag.

The only thing about Frigidaire dishwashers is: why are there no holes in the wash arm near the center of the tub? Do items placed there really come clean?

I had checked out this demo a few weeks ago and also checked out about 2 of these new models with the gray interior. They do seem to be better built than previous models. And compared to other plastic models of all brands they seem to posess a somewhat better quality. I do like the way the interior is laid out. I would recommend and consider them if the repair record improves. And yes the top rack only is a nice feature.
And these TOL models do have that feature.

Items in the center of the rack are well-cleaned. My only gripe with the Frigidaire was that cookware often needed a bit of a scrub in order to come out really clean. I don't have to do that with my Maytag.
Noise: The Frigidaire is not the quietest machine. Hardly noisy, but definitely not as quiet as a Bosch, for instance.
