SO that means Samantha would have to use half a spell to cook on it since she had a full Flair in her kitchen

Having three Flairs in my inventory, I would say that Custom Deluxe is the better choice: No need to have to nurse along or replace the heat-minder, or replace the (on some models) ridiculously poorly placed fuse for the Speed Heat.

The Meat Tender is nice, but they tend to fail also. And with an instant-read thermometer, who needs it?

Most importantly, you still have the see-level ovens and the roll-to-you cooktop!
