Tough one--can't quite tell. My guess is WCI. When we were looking at condos in Palm Springs one of the ones we saw had the original GM Frigidaire skinny mini.

Pretty sure it's WCI.  Has a water level switch, which GM Skinny Mini doesn't (only two controls for the washer, timer and temp).
