I LOVE IT!!!

I found a Dishmobile like this years ago in B'more at the now gone Disabled America Veterans for $10.It had all the literature you're showing as well as the adapter for the faucet! Loud as Hell but did a great job and fast too!25 min.max!Wish I still had it.Mine was white.I left it with a straight couple in B'more who were both HIV+.They're the ones who turned me on to Spray-9.They're profession was house cleaning. They had a great business and made good money but the h'band was a Heroin addict and got sick sharing needles. They're relationship continued but he eventually past the disease on to her not using a condom one night.

Wonderful Nate. Takes me right back to a day and time when those things were everywhere. I lived in an apartment on Roswell Rd. years ago that had a built-in version. I was never impressed with it's cleaning ability but the spray-tube certainly was unique.

One really nice feature was the depth of the upper racks that could hold some really tall classes or other large items. This remained a feature of all the Frigidaire Dishwashers I ever used.

Wow, what a fantastic brochure! Wish I could find a Dishmobile of my very own... Thanks so much for sharing this!!

LOL

Well, do you love the part where it says in the user guide basically to do as you normally would--wash the dishes before washing the dishes?

Sheesh! :-)

Steve, I love the top rack, too--but I agree, I'm not expecting burnt-on lasagna to be blasted off in this thing, especially with 9 minutes o' washing!

Chuck, good grief, $10 for a Dishmobile? I've heard that those DAV stores were awesome in their day. We have one here, but it's mostly clothes and a tiny bit of "other."

Eugene, the Amana's good ;-) It has friends down there to keep it company...

Scrub 'em good, cuz all it can blast away are bread crumbs, cake crumbs, and ice cream. Nuttin' starchy or that has sat for 20 minutes!!! Everyone in suburbia who had one of these things hated 'em because of kids & glasses. Had 2 streets in my subdivision with Frigidaire kitchens. I think every housewife danced for joy when they rusted through and died. Replacements were either Maytag, KitchenAid, or RotoRack Kenmores!!!

These are great scans! Thank you!
Bob, your experience in your neighborhood explains why I never find any of these!

Also....the Dish - Dri ad is so cute! I never heard of it. Was it around for awhile? Was it the "gateway" for all of the other rinse agents?
