anyone remember these? While Mom was away on vacation in the spring of '76 visiting her sister, Dad let me (at 14 I was the family appliance expert) remodel the kitchen and get all new appliances.
of note, a Touch 'N Cook range (I believe the first with all glass touchpads), Frigidaire Refresment Center Refer (dispensed two other beverages besides water.
and new washer and dryer, which of course was a JetCone.
(sidenote: a friend gave me a clean JetCone about 10 years ago with a bad transmission, tried in vain to get it fixed finally chucked it)
All in Harvest Gold.
right now I live in a circa 1977 all pine tonge and groove paneled house, stained dark. I'd pick HG again if I could
oh, yeah, and in the family room kitchenette we had a Corningware CounterRange!!
Still like complicated appliances debating on a TriVection or TurboChef for the remodel in CT.
