So I have a FRIGIDAIRE washer, Model: FAFW3574KW0
It's one of those front load washers and I know most of aren't that wonderful for cleaning clothes, mostly because of the water level. I've done some research and found some youtube videos, as well as posts on here about adjusting the water level.
I've followed the manual and put it in "CLn" mode where it cleans the machine and the water level with no clothes inside the washer, fills up to the bottom of the door like it's supposed to.
The problem is, when I attempt to wash clothes, whether it be a very light, medium, or even heavy load, the water does not fill up to that door. It barely puts any water in the machine at all. I've called Frigidaire's 1800 number on the door that it provides, but they were of no help. They basically go by the manual and that's it.
I've tried taking the top off, but I'm not sure what to look for when it comes to finding any type of screw on some water level sensor thing to turn to increase the water level.
Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this? Tired of it not washing clothes that well.
