Frigidare 1-18 Help -me find one ,

Can anybody point me in the right direction to find a used one? I don't know why but here is Tenn At least I have only seen two. And I bought the last won but it only lasted a year it was in rough shape.

I used to be able to go to used Appliance stores and they would help me.

Well they have all be took over by Mexicans and every place I have been to they don't speak any English but they don't tell you that.

I would appreciate any help in locating one or point me in the right direction.

i have a 1-18 dryer that i might be willing to part with; it was running when put in the garage a few years ago in Kansas City

I appreciate that offer really I do. I want a  Jet-cone washer. They are rare in the south. I have only had one and it broke spectacular.

I have a Harvest Gold '75 1-18 w/ lid window that's in v nice shape, complete and working but has slow tub leak as it needs a shaft seal, I have a NOS seal for it from a FD dealer in the original package. I also have an extra motor, Jetcone agitator, control panel, perfect tub, and many other parts from the Avocado '79 1-18 that's pictured here with PhilR [matching dryer is sold] that can go with it.

I'm now in my 70s and we're planning to move to a retirement home so I won't get to finish it sadly. $100 for everything to an AW.o collector here.

would love to see it stay "in the family" so to speak!

We also have the '57 GE Liberator in the picture needing re-assembly and some wiring, so hoping to at least get that one finished if possible.

Thanks guys but, I found one and in cherry shape , in Florala Alabama but,on the Florida side.

Which works for me my family owns property in Seaside,Fl and I can make a weekend out of it if.
