While....

....I'm assuming that's a gas oven, and therefore not my cuppa, it definitely qualifies as an ultimate expression of '60s high styling.

The big dial on the panel is the only knob. Those 3 little points are for the panel light, interior light, and the rotisserie/raise and lower the broiler.

They are just pushbuttons. Our 1961 O'Keefe & Merrit had basically the same panel, but clock was located differently and ours also had a thermometer for roasts. But the 3 pushin little buttons were what I described.

Gaffers & Sattler,    I remember them on trips to Cali, in the 80's  everyone seemed to have at least one.  Very nice oven.
