Hi everybody!

Next week I'm going to have a speech about the LGBT world and the way they spend money, how the fashion and style industries cater their creations at us (or not) and how the whole marketing sector is becoming more and more aware about the 10% of this people.
Like an advert run by AmericanExpress on a gay website here in Italy or the new Renault advertisment with a tavestite father and his son asking him to be on the VIP list.

I remember that there used to be a thread about this here, I need as high-resolution (big pictures) as possible images as they need to be printed on A4 sheets for a presentation, can you help me out?

Thank you very much! Gabriele.

Can't help you with print advertisements or pictures. But I'm LOVING those IKEA TV commericals. The gay-oriented ones just keep coming!

I can't either,

but Cadillac stood up to the fundamentalist Christians and their 'boycott-the-Godless threat of the week against GM and began marketing to us, just as they stood up to the racists and conservatives in the 1930s and started selling to Negroes.

Ikea Germany took a long time to buy into the corporate inclusive policy, by the way. The woman running their marketing in the early 1990s doesn't like gays. She blocked the ads from headquarters showing us favorably and would not permit gay couples to join Ikea Familie as couples.

I was one of the signatories of a gay project to turn that one around. We didn't make much headway, but Ikea headquarters finally woke up to the discrimination and put Ms. Bitch somewhere where her hateful attitudes were more welcome. Poland, I do believe.

There was quite a bit written about it in Der Spiegel.

When I decide what American cars to drive, I always choose Chevy or Cadillac. Chevy, because they can be repaired anywhere in North America, even in the little one-horse cow-towns along where my family lives. Cadillac because they stood up to the hateful, spiteful people and recognized gays as human. That is good advertising.

Thanks! That website, commercialcloset.org seems really interesting, I already sent an email requesting some more information about the "una tantum" use of a few copies of some of the adverts that they have in archive.
